Minimalist Movie Posters

This style of poster is one of particular interest to me, because they convey the entire meaning of the movie in one symbol and no unnecessary extra information, and also because through all the various artists who take up the style, the basic layout stays relatively the same between all of them. It's great.

This is David Carson, he works primarily with typography and forcing the reader to interpret it in many instances. He once wrote an entire magazine article in Wingdings. But not this stuff:
